Smoking
We ask that Smokers use our 5 acres of beautiful Views to do their thing….please, not in, or near, the B&B.
Pets
All dogs should be up to date with vaccines, and it is advisable to have some type of flea and tick preventative. (It is the country after all.) We prefer not to have dogs at the breakfast table; unfortunately some dogs (of course not yours!) have issues when around other dogs and food. Your dog is free to roam the property, but please be sure to clean up after them. Also, if your pet does have an Accident indoors, we ask that you be responsible for any damage.
Rooms
Each of our rooms comfortably accommodates 2 people, though we can add a cot for a 3rd if you notify us in advance, at $35.00 fee.
Kitchen
A Chef prepared breakfast is served on weekends only. If you have any special dietary needs, please let us know at least a few days in advance of your stay. “During the week Guests” will have available for them an assortment of foods for your Breakfast needs. (Milk, bread, eggs, fruit, etc.) The B&B kitchen is always available for guests; we ask that you leave it as you found it. (An outdoor propane/charcoal/BBQ grill is also available.)
Cancellations
We require 48 hours notification if you have to cancel your reservations. There will be a 20% Fee. This 20% fee can then be used, at a later date, towards another visit to Inn at the Ridge.
